Our luxury “Fin” cabin at Longboarders is perfect for couples or small families of up to 4 (1 queen bed, 1 sofa-bed on mezzanine). Set in 1.5 acres of private landscaped grounds & featuring a loft-style balcony with sunset views across picturesque farmland. Relax in the bath & watch farm animals & the occasional wallaby graze just outside your window. Toast marshmallows around your own private fire-pit & enjoy a BBQ under the stars on the rear deck.
Deck
“Deck” is a luxury loft-style cabin, perfect for couples or small families (1 queen bed, 1 sofa-bed on mezzanine). The bright living area offers sunset views across the neighbouring paddocks & opens onto a private deck, ideal for a morning brew or sunset BBQ. After exploring the island, relax in the bath as sheep, cows (& wallabies) graze outside. End the day toasting marshmallows under the stars at your own private fire-pit.
Rails
Our luxury “Rails” cabin is perfect for couples seeking extra space, friends staying together or families of up to 5. Watch farm animals graze nearby as you sip sundowners and toast marshmallows around the communal fire-pit. With charming modern-farmhouse accents, indoor woodburner for cosy nights in, stunning 4-poster king size bed and sunset views across picturesque farmland.
Stringer
“Stringer”, the main residence at Longboarders comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests across 4 bedrooms. Watch purple hens roam the grounds from the covered veranda, cook up a feast in the gourmet kitchen, or shoot some pool in the games room. End your day with a sunset BBQ followed by toasted marshmallows under the stars at the communal fire-pit.

The main house was big enough to have meals together and the individual spaces were good for little groups to hang out in a space of their own. This place truly feels like something out of a painting. The tea we enjoyed on the terrace, overlooking the farm, is something I’ll never forget. The accommodation is even more beautiful than the photos — every corner looks like it belongs in an interior design magazine. We would absolutely love to come back again!
Absolutely stunning property we stayed in ‘Deck’ and it was so cosy and beautifully decorated plus we had sheep and some cute little lambs basically at our back door in the paddock! Tracey was super responsive, instructions were clear and was flexible when we wanted to check in a little early. Highly recommend!
Beautiful accommodation in a peaceful location. 5 star hotel facilities with the added bonus of character and uniqueness. I loved being able to sit on the deck and watch the sheep. So peaceful. It was lovely to have one deck that basked in morning sun and another for afternoon sun. There is so much to do on Phillip Island - great for a family visit.
Loved staying here. We had a large group so we split ourselves amongst one of the cabins and the house. The cabin is a really unique place to stay. High ceilings, open, comfortable and lit up with lots of natural light and views of sunsets over the paddocks. Could easily just stay here the entire day. The house is so spacious and comfortable, with plenty of different areas to either retreat and have our own personal time, or come together and hang out. It was a perfect stay for our group!
This space is more than beautiful. It’s perfect for a couple looking for a romantic time, in a modern and rustic setting. Spend your time inside the incredible two story loft or, have a red wine by the fire overlooking the farm animals at the back of the property cooking your own dinner on the bbq (it’s what we did💛). Close drive to everything as well! thank you Tracey and Martin for having us 🙌

Tracey was a wonderful host. We stayed with our toddler for a little baby-moon. The cabin is incredibly spacious with gloriously high ceilings and was incredibly child friendly. Tracey offered to leave a cot and high chair for us, without us asking for it, left us some little welcome goodies and made sure we were well looked after during our stay. The shampoo/conditioner provided is DIVINE. Everything made our stay feel particularly luxurious and would highly recommend this quiet and quaint cabin.
The interior design is just stunning!!!!! And very well kept and clean… adults and kids both in love with the farm view, having the sheep greeting you in the morning… We will definitely come back again!!! Tracey is very friendly and responsive and we were given a nice bottle of wine!
The property itself was incredible — large, spacious, and close to everything we needed, with nothing more than 10–15 minutes away. The pool table was a lot of fun and a great addition for the group. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend it to others.

An absolute hidden gem. This cabin offers a perfect blend of rustic charm and high-end luxury. The interior design is beautiful, but the real highlight was the peace and quiet; hearing nothing but the local wildlife was a real treat. The attention to detail is spot on, from the plush bedding and thick duvets to the amazing-smelling toiletries. It was a hit with the whole family, especially our toddler who loved spotting the local cockatoos and rabbits. A five-star stay in every department. We're already planning our return.

Great experience! My husband and I absolutely loved our staycation. We chose Phillip Island for our babymoon and stayed at Longboarders — it was the perfect choice (close to beach,cafes, morning walks & many more). We loved everything about it and will definitely be back!
